  No, registration does not oblige you to anything. You can submit only email and give no personal information if you are not going to try services. In case you decide to order services, you are not obliged to pay after trial unless you want to.

• Read answerHow long will I have to wait for my order to be processed?

  Your order is processed within a few minutes automatically, saving your time. If you order available dedicated server, the installation time may take up to 20 minutes, depending on the OS image. Typically, the installation of a virtual server or shared hosting may take up to 10 minutes. Domain names registration can take from 1to 72 hours, depending on the terms and speed of the specific registrars.

  Yes. When you order from us, you get assistance in the transfer of your projects or initial server setup to get started. Address a request to the tech support via the ticket system in your account to get help, after the service order.

• Read answerHow can I pay for your services, are there any hidden fees?

  You can deposit funds via bank transfer (SWIFT), credit cards Visa and MasterCard, Privat24, Webmoney, Yandex.Money, PayPal, 2checkout or interkassa. Generally, you pay the commission fees, the amount of such fees is individual for each payment system. You can clarify the details on the payment page and sites of specific payment systems.

  Ordering services, you are not charged for traffic, 24/7 technical support and basic administration. Ordering additional paid services, you will be charged in accordance with the payment rates for such services. Simply stated: we do not practice any hidden fees. All payments are clear.

  Yes, according to our refund policy, you will receive the money within first 3 days of using the services. You are also eligible for a reassessment of your services’ price or possible compensation if there is any objective reason why services do not comply with stated terms. You can also always get a refund of unused funds.

We do not return or reassess cost of services provided to us by third parties – domain registration, SSL certificates, software licenses, etc.

  In general cases, our cooperation with individuals regulated by public offer. Under the terms of the offer, if you wish, you can get a hard copy. In case of legal entities we develop a separate contract.
